This Indian variety is perfect for authentic Indian style spice blends (like masalas or curries). A bright yellow interior and a more assertive turmeric flavor sets it apart from the other varieties we offer. This turmeric also seems to mature the fastest. The plant is also unique among our collection in that the flowers have a pink tinge to them (most only have white flowers).
